We’re also watching 3 more nationwide lenders that haven’t published terms. ### Why aren’t nationwide lenders on the state pages? State pages only list lenders that publish their full list of states with 10 or fewer states, so every name on a state page is a lender that clearly says it lends there. Nationwide lenders are listed here with their published state count and any states they exclude. ### Does a nationwide lender lend in my state? Check the excluded-states column and the lender’s own coverage page (linked in the table), then confirm with the lender before you pay for an appraisal. “Not published” means the lender didn’t publish that detail. ### What is the lowest minimum credit score nationwide lenders on the nationwide list publish? 22 of the 37 nationwide lenders publish a minimum credit score. Published minimums range from 600 to 680, so the lowest is 600. 15 don’t publish one on the pages we checked. A lender’s lowest minimum often applies to only one program, so check the program details. ### What is the highest purchase LTV nationwide lenders on the nationwide list publish? 24 of the 37 publish a max purchase LTV. Published maximums range from 75% to 85%, so the highest is 85%. Maximums usually depend on credit score, experience and property type. ### What loan sizes do nationwide lenders on the nationwide list offer? Of the 37 nationwide lenders, 27 publish a minimum loan size, from $25K to $250K and 26 publish a maximum, from $750K to $20M.
